The Tru Roll No. 2300 Medium Duty Cyclorama Track is a traverse assembly featuring rolled
tubing, formed steel brackets, and rolled aluminum "C" channels. Track assembly consists of one
(1) 14" O.D. seamless steel tube, rolled to the required radii. The tube is secured by formed
steel brackets spaced approximately 18" on center. The carrier track consists of two (2) parallel
aluminum "C" channels, straight or rolled to the required radii and mounted to the base of the steel brackets.
Carriers consist of mold formed nylon body with built-in glides and fitted with two (2) neoprenetired wheels riveted securely on stud axles. Each carrier is provided with a nylon cone-type bumper designed to mat and automatically align with the adjacent carrier. Each carrier is fitted with a swivel and trim chain. Individual carriers are capable of being removed from the track without removing any other carrier. One carrier is supplied for each lineal foot of track.
Drag-Line Track Leaders - Track leaders are four heel truck type with specifications identical to the carrier. The wheel truck is approximately 4" on center. The leaders are activated by a pull cord with a 3" diameter steel ring supplied at floor level. The standard pull line is 1/8" dia. wirelon.
Hanger Brackets
Two piece, cold-formed hanger brackets, manufactured from 11-gauge steel, are supplied
5'-0" on center. The brackets span the entire track length for uniform support.
End Stops
Carrier overtravel at track ends is prevented by two (2) end stops. The end stops are securely bolted to the aluminum "C" channels
