2. Products & Pricing
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices displayed are in US Dollars and may change without prior notice. Products marked with direct pricing can be purchased online. Made-to-measure fabrication and all other products require a quote request — final pricing, dimensions, and lead time will be confirmed by our team before any order is processed.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including the dimensions and specifications used for made-to-measure fabrication. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to contain errors in pricing or product information. Payment is required at the time of purchase for direct-purchase products. For quote-based orders, payment terms will be agreed upon separately, and fabrication begins only after you approve the quoted specifications.
4. Samples
Sample requests are subject to availability. Samples are provided to help evaluate materials before committing to a larger order, and we encourage approving a physical sample before any made-to-measure fabric is cut. We reserve the right to limit the number of samples per request. Sample availability and shipping times may vary by product and manufacturer. Samples are not returnable.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide across the United States. In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days; made-to-measure goods ship on the fabrication lead time confirmed with your quote. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or itemized on your quote. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Made-to-measure and cut-to-order goods are fabricated to your confirmed dimensions and cannot be restocked; they are not eligible for return or exchange except where the goods arrive defective, damaged in transit, or deviating from the confirmed order specifications — in which case we will repair, remake, or refund the affected items. Stocked, unaltered items may be returned in their original, unused condition. Contact our team to initiate any return. Return shipping costs may apply.
7. Flammability Certification & Code Compliance
Flammability documentation (such as NFPA 701 test certificates) is provided for applicable products. Determining whether a product satisfies the fire codes applicable to your premises, and obtaining approval from your local authority having jurisdiction, remains your responsibility. Topically treated flame-retardant (FR) fabrics may lose effectiveness over time and may require periodic re-testing or re-treatment; maintaining flame-retardant performance after delivery is your responsibility. Inherently flame-retardant (IFR) fabrics retain their rating for the life of the fabric.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, product data, logos, and design — is the property of Fred Krieger Textiles or its respective manufacturers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
9. Account Responsibilities
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
Fred Krieger Textiles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
